中国教育部《规划纲要》征求意见稿 PDF Print E-mail

长期以来，纽约领区的华人华侨、专家学者和广大留学人员心系祖国，以各种形式为祖国的经济社会发展献计献策，为祖国经济腾飞做出了重要贡献。2月28日，中国教育部颁布了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》意见稿（以下简称《规划纲要》），该纲要将是中国政府指导中国未来十年教育改革与发展的纲领性文件。
《规划纲要》历时一年半、数十次易稿，教育部现希望全社会对《规划纲要》献计献策，提出建设性的宝贵意见。为了更好地体现广大海外华人、留学人员心系祖国，广纳群言，充分汇集各方意见，我组就《规划纲要》意见稿公布后所产生的十大热点问题（附后）征求您的意见，欢迎您就所关心的几个热点问题以邮件形式反馈给我（文字材料字数不限，截止日期3月12日）。

热点一：学前教育纳入规划，破解城乡“入园难”
热点二：缩小校际差距，解决择校难题
热点三：进城务工人员随迁子女有望在当地参加升学考试
热点四：减轻中小学生课业负担，给学生更多发展空间
热点五：逐步实行中等职业教育免费制度
热点六：推进政校分开管办分离，逐步取消高校行政级别
热点七：高校分类入学考试，让不同的人有多重选择
热点八：教师工资不低于公务员，保障教师安心从教
热点九：在中小学设置正高级职务（职称）
热点十：纠正对民办学校歧视，鼓励出资办学
